Welcome to the Fielding Law Shark Shop! This shop provides Fielding Law merchandise to firm employees and individuals who have been personally invited to participate. By accessing the shop or submitting an order request, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility and Access

The Fielding Law Shark Shop is intended exclusively for Fielding Law employees and invited friends of the firm.

Access to the shop does not guarantee eligibility to receive merchandise. Orders submitted by individuals who have not been invited to participate may be canceled without notice.

Fielding Law reserves the right to restrict access to the shop and decline orders at its discretion.

Submitting an order through the Shark Shop serves as a request for merchandise, not a guaranteed purchase or confirmation of fulfillment.

There are no purchase transactions associated with submitting an order request.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee a specific delivery or pickup date.

Merchandise featuring Fielding Law branding is intended for personal use. Unauthorized reproduction, alteration, commercial use, resale, or distribution of branded materials is prohibited without prior written permission.
